Refund policy

We have a 24hr  return policy, which means you have 24 hrs  after purchased of your ad package to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund your ad package must not be published on our network yet or the Design process started by a Street Level One representative. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Ad Design, Web Design, Creative Design, subscription ad plans with time already utilized and past, work that has begun or in process or complete you will be charged for the work performed at regular price of purchase not discounted rates.  These items have direct time and labor cost associated with them and the process begins after 1 day of purchase. If a purchase is made for a Subscription plan and payment is for more than one month, the charge amount will be calculated at the remaining time left of the plan at regular monthly item cost and not the discounted subscription cost due to the Slot fulfillment the purchase removed from sellable inventory at normal price rate.  Any time already utilized will be retro activated at normal rate not subscription rate, then remaining balance will be refunded. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
