These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, sponsorships, events, advertising, and related services provided by Street Level One, LLC (“Street Level One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship opportunities are offered for specific events and projects. Sponsorship packages, benefits, placement, and pricing are described on the applicable project or event page and are subject to availability. A sponsorship is confirmed only when Street Level One has accepted a sponsor’s agreement and received payment in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sponsor benefits (such as logo placement, on-site signage, digital recognition, and promotional inclusion) are provided as described for the applicable package and are subject to the event or project timeline. Street Level One reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to placement, size, and timing as needed for production and event operations.

Events

Street Level One plans, manages, and supports events and related marketing programs. Event dates, locations, schedules, programming, and participants may change. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate changes, but are not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue issues, governmental action, or force majeure.

For ticketed or paid events, refunds and exchanges are governed by the specific terms stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

Advertising and Marketing

Advertising and marketing services, including digital, print, on-site, and sponsor-related placements, are provided based on the agreed scope and schedule. Advertising materials supplied by sponsors or advertisers must be accurate, lawful, and comply with applicable advertising standards. Street Level One may reject or remove content that it deems inappropriate or non-compliant.

Payment and Fees

All fees are due as stated in the applicable agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, sponsorship and advertising fees are due in full prior to production or event participation. Payments are processed through our approved payment providers. Taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the sponsor or purchaser.

Intellectual Property

Street Level One retains all rights to its branding, content, materials, and promotional assets. Sponsors and advertisers grant Street Level One a license to use their logos, trademarks, and provided materials for the purposes of fulfilling the agreed sponsorship or advertising placement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Street Level One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
